About
Popmatic is a brand which celebrates human creativity in the age of AI. It is a product design side project; an excuse to write about and explore topics around AI, product photography, manufacturing techniques, economics, and board game design.
Most concretely, it is the home of Stackmate; a laser cut, 3D board game that you can play with your friends, or against an AI. The first and foremost goal of this project is to create a board game that players keep taking off of the shelf for many years to come.
